Pocket Fidgets

Small, fidgety resin pieces like worry stones, movable pieces, smaller pain stims, rollers and clickers. Visually appealing and practical.

In my experienced opinion these products are good for -

Those with -

Anxiety (Social, Health) Why? - Having a small tool sitting in your pocket when you need it can be as helpful as any kind of therapy. When you’re out in public and suddenly feel overwhelmed, putting your hand in your pocket and feeling a familiar texture or fidgety roller etc can be very grounding.

Trichotillomania (Skin picking, nail biting too)Why? - It distracts your fingers/hands. You can use them to pick textures and rub rollers or click buttons instead of pulling out that beautiful hair! Or biting your lovely nails. If you’re in active recovery, these are great to consciously choose over the destructive behaviour.

Autism (Sensory overload, Regulation issues) Why? - The repetitive motion that comes a long with clicking a button or rolling a small ball in your fingers works wonders when regulating your emotions.

Self Harm (Urges, in active recovery) Why? - The pain stims I make are made with an understanding of what you crave when you have the urge. It’s the same kind of pain, but without the mess. They won’t break the skin. Great to use when in active recovery from self harm because you can consciously choose to use a PainStim rather than a harmful object.
