Refund & Returns Policy

At The Worry Remedy, every item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Handmade Nature of Products

All items are individually handcrafted, meaning no two pieces will ever be identical. While we always aim to stay as true as possible to product images, slight variations may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Colour shades
  • Amount or placement of glitter
  • Bead colour, size, or shape
  • Overall finish and detailing

Product images are intended as examples of the design and style you can expect, not exact replicas.


Custom Orders

Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Due to the personalised nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns based on preference, design interpretation, or minor variations.


Returns Eligibility

For non-custom items, customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will reimburse the cost of the return postage alongside the refund, provided the return meets our policy requirements.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Processing & Dispatch Times

All items are made to order, including those with express shipping selected.

Our turnaround time is:
3–10 working days for production before dispatch

Please note:

  • “Express shipping” applies to the delivery speed after dispatch, not the production time
  • We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and most are completed well within this timeframe
  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to material availability or high demand


Important Notes

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of our products
  • Variations from product images are not considered faults
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your order has been dispatched
