Refund & Returns Policy
At The Worry Remedy, everything is handmade to order. That means time, care, and actual human effort goes into every single piece — not a factory line. So there are a few important things you need to know before buying.
Handmade Means Variation
Every item is individually crafted, so no two will ever be identical.
While we stay as true as possible to product photos, you should expect slight differences, including:
- Colour shades
- Glitter amount or placement
- Bead colour, shape, or size
- Small finishing details
Photos are examples of the design, not an exact copy-and-paste. If you’re expecting mass-produced perfection, this probably isn’t for you.
Custom Orders
Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
You asked for something made specifically for you — we made it. That’s the deal.
We don’t accept returns based on preference, interpretation, or tiny differences.
Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned safely packaged (if it comes back damaged, that’s on you)
We reserve the right to refuse anything that doesn’t meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
You’ll need to cover the return shipping upfront.
Once we receive and check the item, we’ll reimburse the return postage along with your refund — as long as everything meets policy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with clear photos.
We’ll sort it with a replacement, repair, or refund — depending on the situation. We’re reasonable, just don’t leave it a week and expect miracles.
Production & Dispatch Times
Everything is made to order — including “express shipping” orders.
Our turnaround time is:
3–10 working days BEFORE dispatch
Important (because people love to ignore this bit):
- “Express shipping” = faster delivery after dispatch
- It does not skip the making process
We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible (and usually do), but occasionally delays happen — especially if materials need restocking or during busy periods.
Final Bits You Shouldn’t Skip
- By ordering, you agree to all of the above
- Slight variations are not faults
- We’re not responsible for postal delays once your order is shipped
