Autism
I see autism (in myself) as more of a social issue. I know it’s different for everyone. I can only recommend what I have personal experience with. I’ve found that repetition is good for regulating your thoughts, so things like worry stones, loops, anything that requires you to repeat motions. I also find pain stims helpful when I’m overwhelmed/overstimulated in public. I find visual tools like my liquid worry stones work wonders to calm me down. You’ll find all of these below.
