About

My name is Hayley — though most know me as Haze or Hailz. I launched my collection of handcrafted sensory tools in September 2025, after years of quietly refining them as part of my own creative world.

I was diagnosed in childhood with Asperger’s Syndrome (as it was then known), and other conditions —long before conversations around neurodivergence and mental health became widely understood. It shaped how I see the world: intensely, differently, and without apology.

That perspective is at the core of everything I create.

These are not conventional sensory tools. They are tactile, functional pieces of art—designed with intention, individuality, and a refusal to conform. I’m Inspired by subculture, symbolism, and emotion, and each piece exists somewhere between object and expression.

My work isn’t for everyone.

It’s for those who feel deeply. Who think differently. Who have never quite fit the mould—and never wanted to.

Alongside making these, I’m also a full time music teacher and run my own music school. I am also a musician, and have released many singles and one album to date. I perform live regularly in and around London and have written songs for many known artists. You can find my work if you’re interested by searching Stella West on Google. My music is due to be featured in the new game Exekiller, which comes out this year!

Previously known as Hazy Hands Sensory, I decided to change the name of my store so that it matched the work I do. Hazy Hands didn’t make much sense, and I feel I’ve outgrown the overall message the brand stood for. Take a look around, and get in touch if you’re looking for custom pieces.
