Loops

Loops are beads that are put onto a metal ring. The loops you see here are all palm sized. Big enough to rotate in the hands and small enough to manage easily! 

I handmake my beads with resin, which means they’re very customisable. If a loop listed has not been made with my beads it will say so on the description. Resin beads I personally think sound damper and quieter than rattling beads. 

Who does it help and how? 
The repeated motion of rotating the loop, the clicking sound and the visuals of these loops help to regulate your nervous system, help you when you’re over thinking, overstimulated and/or down in mood. They’re great for any type of mental illness, and even for those who just like to fidget.
